This is blatant false advertising. Customer service responded with generic stall tactics - vague investigation promises but no real solutions. Multiple customers report identical issues.
The inaccurate product specs and terrible support are unacceptable. If you want a scooter that actually delivers what it promises, avoid this one. Total waste of money.
Update: After two weeks of heavy use, including towing my wife on a mountain bike with a 40-lb bag hanging from the handlebar hook, it still maintains 19 mph. The hard wheels aren’t ideal, but for a 36V battery, it’s impressive. I’m upgrading to the 48V model for $899.
Assembly was straightforward - just four screws in the handle and it's ready to ride.
While equipped with rear shock absorbers, you'll still feel road bumps and uneven surfaces. The shocks are decent for this price range, performing adequately without being exceptional. I recommend using this leisure product for casual riding only.
