   I purchased this e-scooter a week ago and am extremely satisfied. A few weeks back, I bought a GOTRAX XR e-scooter for around $100 more but returned it because this model reaches 19mph compared to 15mph and offers an 18-mile range versus the GOTRAX's 14 miles. Additionally, I prefer the folding mechanism on the main post rather than near the front wheel like other models—it's much simpler to fold. Charging is also quicker, taking about 3 hours for a full charge. Other improvements include a better bell, a lighted rear lamp (unlike the GOTRAX's reflective one), and a handy smartphone app. So far, so good—hoping it stays that way.

   This is an excellent, sturdy scooter with good battery life that my kids absolutely enjoy. The built-in bell and headlight are nice touches not often found on other brands. We previously purchased two scooters from another brand at Walmart for over $200, but their poor construction caused the metal frames to crack near the front post within a month of regular use. In comparison, this scooter appears far more durable and well-made.

I transported it folded in half in my car to a birthday party, where it became the star attraction—everyone took turns riding. The 10-second cruise control feature is fantastic: after a beep, I can release the throttle while maintaining speed until braking. It's intuitive and responsive—just kick off, accelerate, and go. I'm excited to commute with it and save on fuel. Note there are two speed modes; after just one ride, I quickly upgraded to the faster setting.

   I've owned this scooter since summer 2022, using it solely on city streets. The suspension arrives extremely tight - first step is to loosen the 14mm suspension nuts halfway with an open-end wrench for better comfort. After several weeks, you'll notice clattering sounds from the rear. Online searches mainly suggest checking the fender or hold-down clip - attempt those solutions first. If the noise persists, lubricate the suspension mechanism. The dual coil spring design features bars running through a rear wheel plate - grease the points where these bars penetrate the plate. Access requires nearly fully loosening the suspension nuts, flipping the scooter, and depressing the rear wheel to expose the openings. Apply lithium grease, work the suspension to spread lubrication, then readjust nut tightness according to your weight. The noise will disappear. The rear suspension performs exceptionally well with a seat attachment. The sole design flaw is the rigid front wheel lacking suspension - eventually you'll encounter an unseen road imperfection and take a spill.

   I've had the W5Pro for some time. It works well for my city commute. The folding feature is convenient though the mechanism occasionally jams and needs adjustment. The 350W motor performs reliably but consumes more battery on inclines. The 23-mile range is decent, though I've nearly run out of power a few times. The dual brakes are great, but the pads wear faster than expected. It's a solid scooter with room for improvement.

With a top speed of 15.5 mph, it perfectly suits my needs for getting around campus. The battery life is impressive—I can typically go nearly a full week on a single charge, though results may vary. So far, I have no complaints; it's fun and practical for transportation.    Overall, the KS4 provides a better driving experience with more stable and responsive wheels. It feels more powerful as well. After using the S2 for a year, its battery deteriorated quickly—climbing a hill for 5-10 minutes would drain it completely. The KS4 performs much better in comparison.
   
   The digital display is also more visually appealing. However, the scooter is extremely heavy. As a 6ft tall, muscular guy, I still find it difficult to carry with one hand, so it may not be suitable for everyone.
   
   The app's user experience is poor, with misleading instructions and inadequate documentation. Connecting the device was frustrating and required manual configuration through customer support.
   
   Despite these issues, I'd still rate it 4/5 for performance and value for money.

The setup was incredibly straightforward - just connect a few parts and attach the handlebars (all necessary tools are provided). I was riding around almost immediately!    I bought this scooter for commuting after noticing gas prices creeping up, hoping to save fuel since my truck isn't fuel-efficient. Assembly was simple - just had to attach the handlebars using the included tools to tighten six bolts. After charging, I took it for a spin. The motor performs well, reaching 19 mph despite my 205 lb weight. I disabled kick-start for instant throttle response, though the rear wheel spins if I lean back or encounter gravel. Hill climbing shows slight speed reduction.
   
   Initially, the rear suspension felt rigid, but loosening the spring nuts improved it - now the rear absorbs bumps smoothly. Adding a front suspension fork would enhance comfort (W5Pro, consider selling one!). Overall, I'm satisfied.
   
   **Update:** Adjusting the brake lever downward triggered an "F1 brake error" - the wiring snapped. W5Pro is sending a replacement handlebar. Warning: don’t reposition the lever!
