Purchased this for my daughter's college commute. On the first day, she locked the scooter via the app, but it became unresponsive afterward - unable to connect to the app or unlock.
Note: After contacting Amazon, the brand reached out offering help and deploying more engineers to fix the issue (they're a startup). They appear trustworthy, so I'm giving them a chance to prove themselves. As a former engineer, I've offered to help test solutions. Currently, the app doesn't work on Android, and iPhone functionality is uncertain due to binding issues. The scooter can be reset by connecting the charger, so it's best not to lock it for now.
