1. The first time I took it outside, the kickstand failed and it fell over, breaking the left turn signal. It wasnt a hard fall, so I was surprised the light broke so easily.
2. The suspension is weakif you wear glasses, expect blurred vision on rough roads.
Overall, I like the scooter, but the light breaking after the first real use was frustrating.
**UPDATE!** The company reached out and sent a replacement light kit with a tutorial video. Ive never had a company respond so quickly, so Im raising my rating. Good to know replacements are available if needed.
Ive been riding it a lot before winter, and on smooth roads, its incredibly smooth. For the price, its a great dealjust be aware that if you wear glasses, youll feel every bump, so slow down on bad roads. Very happy with my purchase.
Now for the exciting part! This electric scooter was an excellent purchase. It arrives mostly assembled with simple final setup. The ride is incredibly smooth and silent - it feels like 30 mph despite its 16 mph limit. The folding design makes storage convenient. While charging takes 4-5 hours, you only need to power it quarterly to maintain battery health. The lithium battery supports 500+ charge cycles.

UPDATE: POCYBER has demonstrated outstanding support in resolving my concerns, prompting me to raise my rating to 4 stars. This is an excellent scooter - stylish, user-friendly, with solid tires, disk brakes, bright lights, and good speed. However, two design issues remain:
UPDATE: Point 1 is more of a minor design flaw, while Point 2 remains significant.
1. Initially, the scooter lacked obvious locking points, but I've since discovered you can secure it behind the front wheel (on the angled section) with a tight-fitting lock.
2. The folding mechanism's hook-and-loop design fails when tension is released, causing the scooter to unexpectedly unfold. For a 30lb vehicle, this poses safety risks during transport.
We've devised an imperfect temporary solution for the folding issue, but hope the locking method mentioned in Point 1 will provide a better alternative.
