Update: Amazon never acknowledged responsibility, but the stores customer service offered me the chance to test this scooter againeven after Id switched to another brand. Honestly, this model outperforms the Roinside I purchased. The suspension makes a world of difference for my back issues. A key tip for any scooter: always familiarize yourself with the brake sensitivity. These brakes are excellent but require adjustment. The ride is smoother than the Roinside, the frame slightly larger, and its faster in the first two speed modes while matching the third gears speed. Im thoroughly impressed and grateful for the outstanding support from W4MAXs Amazon storetruly unmatched. Thank you.
Setting it up was very easy (just unbox it, unfold, and charge). There's a smartphone app available, but it's completely optional for operation. The handlebar features a display showing your speed, along with the power button, brake, and throttle.
Acceleration is controlled by a right-side thumb slider (very intuitive, nothing complicated). The kickstand is easy to deploy and holds the scooter securely.
Regarding range, I comfortably rode 25km on a full charge with battery remaining, so it seems to meet the advertised 32km range, though I haven't tested that fully yet. When folded, it takes up minimal space.
That said, this isn't a lightweight entry-level scooter - it weighs its full 15kg. While the folding mechanism is clever and quick, it remains heavy to carry. Personally, I avoid taking it on public transport due to back issues.
In short - it's truly fantastic!

However, it has a few flaws that, in my opinion, cost it a star: The range is decent, but uphill climbs significantly reduce the remaining mileage. Inclines are a weak point for this modelit slows down and struggles to maintain its 25km/h speed, straining the motor, which is a shame. On iOS, I couldnt pair it with the app, though its not a big dealIve managed fine without it.
To wrap up, two more positives: Its foldable handlebar design makes it easy to carry one-handed. The built-in bell is perfectly placed and easy to use. Overall, I think this product is nearly flawless and holds its own against my other well-known brand scooter (except for the much more powerful motor on uphill climbs).
UPDATE: They eventually sent a replacement scooter for the defective one. I've adjusted my rating to three stars because when functional, it performed well. My 12-year-old son frequently used it for neighborhood and park rides.
