Cons: Rear reflector was poorly attached and fell off during the first ride. Just finished an 11-mile flat ridebattery started fully charged but died at mile 10, forcing me to kick-push the last mile. Top speed reads 18mph but drops to 5mph on hills.

Update: The seller has proven extremely helpful and supportive of customers. Regarding the scooter itself, it performs quite well and my son enjoys it. While the turning radius isn't exceptionally tight, it continues to operate and charge without issues.
Acceleration is surprisingly good for $270, though hills are still a bit slow. Battery life hasnt been an issue for me despite negative reviewsjust follow lithium battery best practices, like not draining it right out of the box. I can cover my whole campus on just a third of the charge.
Build quality is solid, with no rattles or squeaks, and even the screws have blue Loctite. After endless research, I chose this because it had more genuine reviews and better ratings than competitors in this price range, plus available replacement parts and repair tutorials. Ill update if any issues arise, but for now, its getting me to class every day.
